From today on Twitter there are two important changes that will help people to find out what's new apart from the spoken language or the place where they reside.
The first is that finally they are active also in Italy the trend themes. The topics discussed in Italy now appear highlighted in real time: you can immediately understand what's happening in your world, in Italy.
The themes are in high demand and local trends besides Italy are now available in 13 countries and 6 new cities. More will be added soon.
The second novelty is that now we are using Google Translate to translate on the fly Tweet in the details pane, in order to give people another way to participate in the conversations that happen around the world. This feature is currently available for a small percentage of users and will be extended to everyone in the coming weeks.

Ping, the social network iTunes music, and Twitter are integrated to make it easier to share in Tweet's new music, listen to songs to preview and also direct links to buy music in the iTunes store directly from Twitter.com tweets .
How does it work?
From Ping you can link your Twitter and easily find users who already Ping follow on Twitter.
Once the connection is completed, whenever feedback or review a song about Ping or add to your favorites, who follows you will receive a Tweet on Twitter with a preview of tracks and links to iTunes to purchase the song.
clicking Ping sent via a Tweet, you'll see a single track or entire albums in the details pane of Twitter and you can also preview the tracks without leaving the page and go directly to iTunes to buy music.

Get the video ID (which mixes letters and numbers in the URL of the video on YouTube) and enter it in this tiny URL: http://youtu.be/ [videoID] This type of link displays video in the details pane, and add to your Twitter Tweet the icon of the film.
