# TwitterTip: Pay attention to the icon of the film
Several studies have shown that a short break during the day to watch (or share) something fun increases levels of dopamine in the brain, which leads one to think more clearly and more productive. Just the other day, a colleague retwittato and I got this message a break to watch the fantastic video Radiolab - he was a breathing space in the middle of a busy day.
To quickly find and watch the other videos for sharing on Twitter.com simply scroll through a history of Tweet marked with the icon of the film. Clicking the icon opens the box next to the details in history where you can watch the video.
Want to share a video and give others an excuse to take a break "YouTube"? Just use the shorter-link YouTube. Get the video ID (which mixes letters and numbers in the URL of the video on YouTube) and enter it in this tiny URL: http://youtu.be/ [videoID] This type of link displays video in the details pane, and add to your Twitter Tweet the icon of the film.
Funny, right? Now, back to work!
