The news is not of those who make the headlines, but it is interesting. Thirteen countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and the USA) members of NATO, signed an agreement for the joint purchase of 4 C-17, tactical and strategic transport aircraft. These aircraft will be used by NATO and will be operated by a command and crews mulitnazionali. In a field whose missions "humanitarian" are becoming more frequent and demanding, this is a smart way to optimize costs and resources and to put a force of "action" under quick control multinational.
